Not a solution - just commiserating. One of the areas where Zoom seems to struggle most is maintaining documentation, including public-facing KB articles (many of which are either outdated or blatantly inaccurate). I used to keep a detailed list, but after submitting the list through proper channels and seeing no results after months, I gave up. It IS unacceptable. Good luck to you!

Thanks, I share your frustration.. makes it harder to stop the tide turning for senior leadership to turn to Teams.. I've created my own documentation but it gets frustrating when this should be something provided by Zoom.. I have other things to do!
