Get zoom to send recorded calls to me

I have a user that saved calls to a laptop that they cannot access. Can zoom send copies of recorded calls to the user?

@jameswhite Unfortunately if these were recorded locally, Zoom doesn't record and keep a copy in our cloud so we can't provide that data.
