calendar integration error with exchange 2013

try to setup the calendar integration with exchange 2013,following the step from the link .

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203847339-Setting-Up-Zoom-Rooms-with-Exchange-2013-2016

but keep showing error "cannot connect to exchange server",

all connection was tested with Microsoft remote connectivity analyzer and successful connect, don't know what the problem is. 

any suggestion?

    Hey @Con11, as you were following along with the steps. Before implementing the Calendar Integration with Echange 2013, did you meet all Prerequisites?

    • Exchange 2013, 2016, or 2019
    • An admin account for Exchange
    • Access to your Exchange Admin Center (EAC)
    • The ability to create and manage calendars for rooms
    • The ability to create a new Exchange user
    • Your network, including firewalls and proxies, must allow traffic to outlook.office365.com.

    Hey @Con11, just checking in on my reply and if you were still experiencing a 'cannot connect to exchange server' error?

    I'm sure this thread is dead, but I'm having the same issue with Exchange 2013. I do meet all the requirements.

    Hi Guys, 

    I want to ask you if it possible to integrate our company directory (all enterprise contact)  for all the users in the company with one manipulation.
