Breakout Rooms Andriod

Hello all,

One of my customers has the following problem, when she wants to go back to the current session from a breakout room, the image on the andriod tablet stops at the hint, this can take some time. The other participants can see her but cannot hear her. She cannot see or hear the other participants. She and also the host, can interrupt the meeting. This will exclude her from the rest of the meeting. Where can the error lie, does anyone have an idea?
