Breakout Rooms

I have a client that cannot remove the popup window for joining a breakout room without getting kicked out of the breakout room. She has tried the "got it", the x, and another way but every time she tries to close the window and chat with other participants in a breakout room she gets kicked out of the room. Any idea what setting needs to be adjusted?

Hello   @CKCBSC

This sounds like a very niche situation; I've not heard of something like this occurring. One thing I'd make sure of is that the user is on the most updated version of Zoom. If that is in order and the issues persists with just this one user, I think that the next option would be to reach out to Zoom Support for further analysis and investigation.
