Auto start custom live stream to YT not starting in YT but the Zoom Room meeting starts

When I follow the directions in 'Livestreaming meetings or webinars on YouTube' article using custom settings for a scheduled Zoom meeting and a scheduled YouTube livestream, YT waits forever for the stream to start, even though the Zoom Meeting auto-started as expected. Where can I find Zoom info/error to figure out what is wrong? I captured some debug info using Zoom Workplace General setting for diagnostics but can’t really make heads or tails of the volumes of information and didn’t readily find any specific errors.

We have two HP Mini Conferencing G9 PCs with Zoom Rooms and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC systems. One has two Poly TC10s, one as a Controller and one as a Scheduling Display. The other room has one TC10 as a Scheduling Display and an iPad (A16) as a Controller.

When I manually go through starting YT it works ok.

Any help on some specifics and where to look at?
