Audio Loudness (Best Practice)

Hi Team,

Is there documentation/information on Zoom's best practices, specifically on the Audio inputted into Zoom?

 

Referring to (Zoom Rooms Audio Guidelines – Zoom Support) there is no clear indication as to the signal level/loudness that should be inputted to Zoom for optimal performance.

Considering some devices/external DSP's disable Zoom SAP it is imperative that service integrators/designers have a white paper-documentation on the target volume level hitting Zoom.

Could you please advise?

    +1 (+1000, actually) for this request. Need more transparency catered for professionals and less 'just use it, it works!' from Zoom, especially when it comes to Zoom Rooms, which are most likely to integrate with Pro AV.
