Adding camera devices

FYI - I see the current directions are not word for word accurate. I am working on updated directions to add a Aver CAM520 and Huddly L1. I am finding the cameras basically work. The CAM520 does not AutoFrame and the L1 always AutoFrames even after selecting manual mode.
