Zoom virtual background on Android

1. Zoom displays a mobile notification whenever there is a new update. Make sure you are using the current version of Zoom (5.15.12). You can check if you are using the current version of Zoom here. 

2. Please check the step guide on how to change your virtual background using your Android phone. 

3. If you continue to experience issues, submit a request to Zoom Support.

Have a newes phone, with last updated android, with 12 Gb RAM and other stuff. But when I start virtual background it opens and shows backgrounds only when I press it gives an error "an error occured" and nothing more.

I use Android: Xiaomi Note 12 pro+, Lenovo Tab P11+
I checked all the settings, installed all the updates, checked in two different accounts. But still, when choosing a background or blur, I get "An error occured"
