Zoom Phone plan

I added the phone plan to my existing account, but have not recieved anything further? How lond does it take for zoom to get it together once you have paid?

@islandcare - Can you clarify if you are saying that you are not seeing the phone licenses on your account when you look at the user list or billing menu, or that you have not received any 'welcome email' explaining how to set phone up?

Hi islandcare,

Normally, your zoom plan is updated as soon as your bank account or credit card is charged.

  1.   Has your bank account or credit card been charged?

 

  1.   Please look at your plans and billing.  Do your current or pending plans show any zoom phone plans?
