Zoom Phone Logs: "Charged Calls only"!
I have a question for the community regarding viewing charged calls only since I am currently on a metered plan.
When I go to the Administration section:
click on Phone System Management - Logs and once the Logs window opens in the "New View Version " how do I find the "Show charged call logs only"?
Because when I choose the Classic View Version, I can see the check box for "Show charged calls only" at the bottom.
So, on the " New View Version" what are the steps to get to the" show charged call logs only"?
Right now, I go right away to the classic view page but if and when it is terminated I will be out of luck which is frustrating!
