Zoom Phone Integration with Zoho CRM

I purchased Zoom Phone six months ago and have been slow rolling my port to the system as I patiently wait for the Zoho Integration to be approved. I've now decided not to wait anymore and just to port over my numbers. Since making this decision, I can't get an account person to support me or even reply to me properly. I receive a message from a customer rep and reply, only to have them forward me to someone else. Then, they don't reply. Now, everyone is ghosting me. This is utterly ridiculous. What is going on over there?!?!

We have been anxiously waiting for this integration. Please bring this to completion.

Yep.  I got Zoom phone because Zoom meetings is such an integral part of my business. Now that I'm migrating to Zoho, having phone log automation and integration would be a dream.

Please Legal Folks, get off your tushes... 🙂

We too are waiting for this integration. What is the hold-up? Can someone From Zoom get a definitive answer for us?
