Zoom Phone Functionality with VPN

 Just set up a VPN for my computer, all Zoom functionality was retain EXCEPT phone calls do not connect.  SMS works fine, Zoom calls no problem, phone is a no-go.  

 

I am a in a solo office with no IT support - so I am trying to troubleshoot as a non-tech professional.

hi pstevent,

 

Ask your IT department/ Zoom admin to ensure VPN and firewall has required Zoom Phone ports open.

Zoom network firewall or proxy server settings

 

You can run network diagnostic tests and let your IT know the results.  You can go to the zoom portal->phone->network diagnosis.

 

Alternative, suggest running zoom network connectivity tool for zoom phone.
