Zoom Phone call monitoring

We are having issues with call monitoring.  The monitor is set up to monitor users (not the call queue).  He is only able to listen in on inbound calls but unable to tap into outbound calls.  Anyone else have this issue and solved it?

    Hi, @ashortexpediter.  I saw your question was unanswered for a while, and Rules I don’t have experience with call monitoring, in thought I’d at least jump in and point you in the direction of some info. 

    Please review this Zoom Support article on call monitoring. There are some conditions under which a call can’t be monitored, and that article might help you understand the specifics of your particular situation.

    I don’t think many volunteers here in the Zoom Community have Zoom Phone, let alone in-depth experience in a medium to large organization.
