Good day,

My company wants to add a "Call Us" capability to its website and mobile app, so that customers can call the call center (3-5 people) via an IP call directly to their mobile phone or fixed call center equipment.

Hi ktiman,

You can link your call center number with your web page builder.  You just edit your web page(s) text containing your call center number, highlight the number and use the Phone CALLTO or TEL option and publish your site.  When a visitor to your website clicks on the telephone number, the visitor's phone will automatically call your call center number.   The visitor's phone might be a mobile phone app or desk top computer client.  Please see the sample below.
