Zoom Fax "FROM" field

Question

HelloWe have ported our numbers over to Zoom Fax and we need to be able to “edit” the FROM field, as we want the sending faxes to be under our fax number and not the users Zoom number.The drop down has my Zoom number. but it also shows three other numbers but I have turned off Fax capability so they are greyed outI have included a screenshot with number blanked outAs you can see, there are three numbers greyed out as I have turned off Fax capability and the only one available is my direct numberI want to change the only number available to be our fax number but not able to figure this one out  Thank youJoe

hi ​@ITMan318You can assign fax capabilities to your main company number or any other number on your Zoom account. Whatever Zoom number you want to use must have a calling plan, i.e. US/Canada Unlimited. Calling plans can be assigned to users, auto receptionists, call queues, and common area phones. If you want all users to use the main fax number, you should remove faxing from all other numbers.If you want to use your existing fax number to send out faxes from Zoom, that fax number must be ported over to Zoom.
