Zoom cloud storage

Dear all,

I do hope all is well. Quick question about zoom and files storage.

I have a username and a password in order to access my respective cloud and store and view zoom meetings of the past.

Let’s assume that one more or two more persons want to connect with the cloud and store and view their own zoom meetings.

Is there a way to grant them separate passwords and separate spaces inside the cloud, which will allow each one of us to view their own videos and prevent them from viewing mine?

Please, advise.

Best regards,

George

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @GeorgeP82.

Every user needs to have their own Zoom login.  If you have a company or organization with multiple employees or members, each one needs their own account. If they are Licensed (paid) accounts, they can record to the cloud.

See this Zoom Support article on managing cloud recording limits:

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/7627873724685

... and this article on Cloud recording storage capacity:

There's no way I'm aware of to set specific quota limits for individual users; once you enable a larger cloud storage capacity, it's up to the Owner, account admins, and users to manage their usage.
