What's a reliable desk phone for zoom Phone?

I bought a bunch of yealink W60P back in 2021 but it’s been always hard to configure them and it appears they have been discontinued. Does anyone suggest an easy to setup handheld phone for high fidelity? I’m not looking for fancy, just don’t want to lose phone calls due to connection or device configuration issues.

hi @Marcos Silva

Yealink W60P is a DECT phone which supports Zero Touch Provisioning and is current (not end of life).  This phone connects to DECT base such as W70B.   DECT phone configuration is a little more complicated because you need to set up both the base and the phone(s) attached to the base.  The obvious advantage is mobility.

Yealink W60P documentation is available from Yealink.

For alternatives, you can see all the Zoom Phone certified hardware below.

Zoom has a support article covering what desk phones support what features.

You should check to see that your new phone supports the features you need.  Some of the most popular phones are HP/Poly and Yealink, but in my experience all Zoom Phone Certified Hardware desk phones work well.

I have Cisco, Grandstream, HP/Poly, and Yealink.  I can hear well on all these.  I have a HP/POLY Edge E Series E450 which is Zoom Phone certified and works well.  I also have a HP/Poly VVX D230 DECT IP Phone and Grandstream WP825 DECT phone which work well.

Sometimes audio issues may be associated with network issues.  Zoom has tools available to check for network issues.  Generally speaking, a wired connection works best.  Please see
