Voicemail doesn't populate in Zoom Workplace for one user

I have 1 user at my company where their voicemails do not show up in the Zoom Workplace app.  Has anyone every encountered this before?  The app shows that she has however many unread voicemails, but she cannot see them.

 

I setup a desk phone for her for the time being so that she can clear them out.

I had one user early on in our Zoom phone migration that had the same issue. He ended up fixing it by recovering all his deleted messages which puts them back in the mailbox, then deleting again. I didn't experience this myself but that's what he claimed resolved that issue for him.
