Zoom phone set up with package assigned to users.  On Zoom phone app, when trying to place a test call, get message that the service plan does not support calls to the destination. Calling US number. This is VERY frustrating.

Hi @AmyS within the Zoom web portal did you default the US in the View/Edit Countries/Regions? To change the settings, please go to https://Zoom.us/signin

    1. Go to the Admin section
    2. Account Management
    3. Billing > Current Plans
    4. Click on View/Edit Countries/ Regions
    5. Select United States or any other countries you wish to make calls to.

Let me know if that was selected, if not, make sure it is checked.

Yes.  This option was already selected.

Hi @AmyS  can you check the phone logs by sharing the result of the call within the Phone System Management > Logs to the outbound call you attempted to make? Once phone users start making and receiving calls, you can view a detailed record of all calls

    Hi Amy,

In the Zoom web portal, please go to Phone System Management > Users & Rooms and verify if the US/CA Metered plan is assigned to your Zoom user account. If it is not, click the Assign button on the right to add the package that you just signed up for to your user account. It should work fine after that.

    I hope that helps!
