Spam Calls on Zoom Phone

The Zoom Phone spam detection and blocking feature is currently in beta mode. In order to request access and have this feature enabled on your account, you should reach out to your Account Executive. If you don't have an Account Executive, you can try contacting Support here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new

Alternatively, you have access to a manual number blocking tool where you can block specific numbers, prefixes, or external numbers. You can find more information in this support article: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360021146872-Managing-the-blocked-list.
