Sorting the Shared Line List
How can i sort the list of shared lines appearing in my shared line list? I would prefer to group associates together and/or sort alphabetically and/or sort to my preference.

Currently, there isn’t a way to manually reorder or sort the Shared Line List in Zoom Phone. Options like grouping associates together, sorting alphabetically, or arranging the shared lines in a custom order aren’t available at this time.
The ability to organize the Shared Line List this way would be a valuable enhancement, so I’d encourage you to submit this as a feature request through our feedback form.
