All of a sudden SMS responses to our LMS system are coming through the Zoom app as well. Texts are being sent through the LMS from an 800 number not associated with Zoom, and when someone responds the response is coming through the Zoom app and it is being sent to a random rep. It is very strange.

    Hey @ShaunC welcome to the community! First, want to confirm that you're referring to SMS within the Zoom client under the Zoom Phone tab, you will need to have a Zoom Phone license in-order to access SMS? And you started to receive those SMS responses from your LMS system within the Zoom Phone tab? 

     

    SMS would be tied to your direct number set within your https://zoom.us/profile 

     

    Could you clarify the specifics of the LMS system you're using?
