SMS Campaign has been in pending status going on 4 weeks. Client support no help!
Zoom cancelled our active SMS Campaign and asked us to resubmit a new Campaign. After a couple of quick rejections, our current Campaign has been in Pending status for close to 4 weeks?! Client support continues to be of no help, so looking for any other options other than just giving up and switching services. We only use it for client meeting confirmations and reminders, so any help appreciated.
