SMS Campaign Error Message

Hi,

Whenever I try to submit a new SMS campaign I receive the following error message:

Fail to register SMS campaign due to 400 Bad Request: "[{"code":501,"description":"Length must be between 20 and 320","fields":["helpMessage"]}]". Please contact our support team.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Could you please reduce the character length for the help message and resubmit it? The help message can be found under the "Opt-In Messaging" section and should be labeled "Response to Help".
