I'm not an organization I'm a just a person who signed up for a remote phone number. There is no admin just me

 I was hoping and expecting sms messaging would work with the number, but I get a not registered error message. And, I can't find any useful information on fixing this issue. This is my last attempt before cancelling the service. I need sms.

    Well, land lines are not usaully seold with SMS.
    Zoom allows SMS but only if you comply with the SMS Rules (sort of anitspam)
    If you can not then, I regret Zoom will not allow you to use SMS
