Please show me how to access silent ring tone for zoom calls on computer.

Hi,

There isn't an option to silence the ringtone on the computer desktop client app; however, you can select from several ringtones which are a little more subtle than the default. The options are in the app Settings> Audio. See attached screenshot. If you do not wish to at all, you can also set your Status in the app to 'Away' or 'Do Not Disturb', or sign out/quit the app.

You can just set the volume on the Desktop app to -0-. Not sure why not suggestion was not made.

You can also go to Phone > Settings > Call Handling and toggle off the app. This will allow just your desk phone to ring.

Would LOVE to have a silent ring tone. I don't have a desk phone, just the app and I've gone through every single ring tone at this point. None are good options. Zoom, please let us have the option for no ringtone or silent.
