Setting our country in phone administration

Hi, we are a UK company in the process of moving to ZOOM telephony. Just about everywhere in the Phone System Management section of the web admin centre the location defaults to US. How can we set the default country location to UK please?

    This can be a bit confusing—Zoom often defaults to US unless the account-level settings are fully configured.

    Make sure your account profile, billing address, and site location are all set to the UK in the admin portal. Also check Phone System Management → Company Info → Account Settings, as the default country is usually pulled from there.

    If it’s still showing US, it might require Zoom support to update it on the backend
