Park Call Failed, please try again

Once after calling Medicare phone number, if we type "*" & "Any Numbers" as an response for IVR prompts for example (2*46*212*) getting an error stating "Park Call Failed, please try again". Any ways to fix this issue?

Hi Eliot,

 

Nope as a site user I am not able to do any changes in Park settings, is there any other way to disable the park setting and type "*" & "numbers" for IVR prompts?
