Need to request a Zoom phone feature option to hide incoming CID information for our compliance telephone line “whistle-blower” voice mailbox.  We were able to manage this information using our previous VoIP product and carrier, indirectly, by call-forwarding our compliance DID telephone number to a wireless cell TN that was call-forwarded to a different VoIP DID, where the originating CID was not passed through, but the forwarding wireless TN instead - a loop workaround.

    I think this would be a valuable feature request for compliance and privacy use cases. A direct option in Zoom Phone to suppress or mask incoming caller ID before it reaches a voicemail box would make setups like whistle-blower lines much easier and more secure. The current workaround is clever, but a built-in setting would be cleaner and easier to manage.
