Muting the keypad tones?

Does anyone know how to mute the dial pad sounds when dialing a number? They are extremely loud and annoying.

      Desktop application, so the keypad sounds are coming through my headset.

      We just got this system, and I cannot find it anywhere in the audio or phone settings and our IT admin who set this up has no idea. I looked in the support pages as well but can't find it.
