I bought a number on Zoom and redirected the number to go straight to my main phone. But can I have it where people calling the new number receives a different voicemail than if they called my main phone directly?

hi kovictor,

 

you can set up a new auto receptionist for your new number with a different greeting.  remove your new number from your main auto receptionist and assign your new number to your new auto receptionist.  your new auto receptionist can route calls to where you want such as a new or existing call queue.
