Does anyone have the international plan in a country other than the US? I have a business partner in the Turks and Caicos that calls not only the US but other islands as well and I am wondering if the ZOOM plan would be advantageous for him.

    Hello @Mark Reginelli

The Rate table is the same regardless of the Zoom Phone Package you have, and that includes Domestic calls if you don't have an unlimited plan.

An International Zoom Phone Package/Plan (like ZP Global Select) comes handy when you need an international number because it gives you not only Unlimited Domestic within the country of service but also an included number (DID) in that country; please verify this information for the country in questionf because it varies by country and also Zoom is constantly adjusting. check blow link and select the locality in question.

Thanks Vinnie. My partner has been using AT&T and is getting bills of $1000+ per month calling the turks, Jamaica, ST Kitts…. I’ll send this to him and have him follow up.

Make sure it verifies Zoom Phone can provide service/numbers in Turks & Caicos, if not directly, at least through the “Providers Exchange Service”

Here are the rates so your partner can do the math:
