Hi everyone, We've been on Zoom phone for few years now. As Poly obi302 has reached EOS what would be a decent replacement? Single or dual RJ11 ports, a model that would last 4-5 years in terms of support and firmware updates and compatibility with Zoom phone system? The use case is legacy POTS fax. ThanksBoyan 

Hi Community,  i am going crazy trying to find a way to set up call recordings properly, my calls are being recorded automatically for both inbound and outbound the way i want it, i just cant seem to find or enable the download option? ive looked everywhere followed different directions read many posts, nothing. it just DOES NOT show up. i set up transcripts, put myself as super admin which being the only user should have been this way by default but i already did that.  How can i download call recordings and how do i find out where my call recordings are being stored?  Thanks.    

In my Keys & Positions I have setup 3 call parks (*801, *802, *803). While on a call when I press the park button it places the call in a random park like *845. Is there a way to force the phone's park button to use only one of the 3 I added in my keys? Thank you.

The OpenCTI Zoom phone widget in Salesforce will not sign in successfully, no error messages are reported when selecting “Sign in” on the popup.  Clicking sign in results in a pop-up window being presented and it appears the login is successful, the authorization window closes within 5 seconds.  The Zoom phone widget does a quick refresh but returns back to the “log in”  We had set this up in our sandbox environment and was able to successfully setup and configure the integration.  Since moving to production though, none of our users are able to sign in via the salesforce phone widget.  We followed the guide here https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4418701163533 and https://support

I am working on a setup for on of our teams that fields lots of call, we are planning to use Poly e550 phones. Sometimes they need to be able to quickly escalate a call into a conference. The workflow of adding callers one by one using their extensions is to slow and complicated.  Is there a way that we can setup BLF keys on each of their phones where they can send the caller immediately into an active conference? We would want the person transferring the call and others to have visibility that the conference is active and be able to easily join that call.  Any other workflow suggestions welcomed. TIA

I have a Phone Line that has an automated message on it and I need to be able to change the message on it to something personalized.  Where do I need to go to be able to do this?

Through the Zoom app, the phone will not receive or make any outgoing calls when on cellular. This problem just recently started occurring. How do I reconnect the phone so that I may call and receive calls?

I just bought the basic phone plan for my small 1 person business. The purpose is to have a virtual phone # for the business that I can use on my personal cell phone to avoid mixing business/personal. For some reason the setup gave me an Extension - not needed, this prevents clients from calling me (it's stupid to require random callers to need to know the Ext #. It should just be a straight pass through call). Using the Zoom Workplace app on my android phone - try to make a call and I get this error message "Sorry, the requested service is not available in your calling plan". What the hell? I literally only bought this "Phone Service Plan" plan because it said it could be used as a virtual phone for my business. This should not be this difficult to setup and use.  2nd problem - using the Zoom Workplace app, I cannot figure out how to setup/record the Voicemail. this should not be rocket science. _Can't verify phone number._I go to Add Phone Number, select a label and a region, and I type the number,and get the verification code. But when I type the exact code, it doesn't work, and I try again, and then it saysI sent too many code to this number.Tried again 2 times and still the same problem. Please help, thanks.

Zoom, mostly the issue is answering from the mobile app. It may not answer an incoming call or send an outgoing call. This is also an issue from desk phones too. Dear Zoom Support Team,I am encountering an issue with my Zoom OAuth integration. I am using an admin-managed account, but I cannot find the required scope for calendar access. When I switch to a user-managed account, I receive the following error:{    code: 4711,    message: invalid access token, does not contain scopes: user read user admin, user read user}If I do not specify any scope, the token API (https://zoom.us/oauth/token) provides me with a token. However, when I use this token to call the calendar API, it gives me the following error:Access Token Missing Required Scope: calendar read list calendar listPlease provide support to resolve this issue. 

When calls are made through the Zoom Phone/Hubspot integration and if their number is not associated with a contact, the call will not show in the Hubspot call log (activities).This behaves differently from Hubspots own phone system (where they show up as 'unknown') and would skew any inbound call volume statistic reports in hubspot. 

I have been working through the process and documentation to upgrade our Zoom for Salesforce plugin to the newer Zoom for Lightning plugin. I've been through the various steps to install it into our Salesforce org from the AppExchange, and then working through the Zoom documentation to customize it. Hi everyone, Is SMS to short codes not supported by Zoom Phone? We have rolled Zoom Phone for about 5 months now and I've observed that our users can receive SMS from short codes just fine but they can not reply. If anyone attempts to reply or send a new SMS to short code they get an error. 10DLC works just fine both in and out for SMS and our users love it but for some reason we can not SEND SMS to short codes; just receive? For example, Samsung 74863 or any other 5-digit long legit U.S. short code. ThanksBoyan 

Hi folks, I use the Zoom phone SMS text feature, and recently it has been adding "For help, reply HELP. To opt out, reply STOP." to texts after I send them - even when I'm responding to someone who texted me first. Can we turn this feature off? Thank you!

Has anyone had any luck figuring out how to automatically download Zoom Phone call recordings? A lot of companies that work with sensitive data have to keep local recordings and Zoom has failed to implement an SFTP automation. I know Zoom has an API, but I'm not a developer.

Good day,I've been able to find through zoom support channels that a user can have up to 3 devices but i have not been able to find any info on how this effects licences. What i need to know is, Am i able to have 3 devices (Physical Phones and 3 seperate locations with the same extension on each of the under 1 license? Regards,Donn

We have a dedicated after hours phone number with 3 people accepting calls from that number.  What do I need to set that up in Zoom?  We previously had it set up in Vonage but now we've transitioned to Zoom Phone and I can't figure that feature out.  I've assigned a number to our After Hours "user" and assigned a phone license to it.  Now I need to figure out how to route any calls from that number to the 3 people who are monitoring it.  Did I even have to create a user for this task?  I can't find a how-to anywhere for this.  Thank you.

Guys i am having issues purchasing on zoom workplus pro, all my informations are correct

We have a team in the Philippines and Australia, but the team in the Philippines is unable to send text messages from their Australian phone numbers. Why is this? How do we fix this? They're able to receive calls on the Aussie number but can't send text messages.
