We went to rollout Zoom Phone to our first location today, was in the final testing and found that when we put a person on hold, put the handset back on the receiver the call would be disconnected.  This was tested during our initial testing, several versions ago and the call was not disconnected. A call comes in and is answered by picking up the handset.  The call is put on hold by pressing the physical hold button on the phone or by pressing hold on the screen.  After this the handset is returned to the receiver and the call is immediately disconnected. Another thing we noticed was when multiple calls come in.  A first call is put on hold, the handset is still off the hook, and a second call comes in.  After putting the second call on hold, when the handset is returned to the receiver, only the second call is disconnected.  The first call remained on hold without issue. We are running a Yealink

I've added all of the IPadresses, domains (zoom.us) and the no reply email account but we can't add any new users because the activation emails aren't coming through.  I can send to a gmail account and they work fine so I don't think it's a zoom thing.  Just checking with other O365 users to see if they have encountered this problem and what they did to resolve it.  It's happened before and just "started working" but now it's stopped again.  Thanks 

Is there anyway to have the emergency services alerts follow the locations inside of the sites instead of the site, since locations are nomadic and are picked up by defining subnets or switch information? Our issue is we have a lot of nomadic users that travel between states/cities and if they are assigned to a site for a location and go to another location out of state in a different building we want those email alerts to go to the front desk of the building they are in, not what is statically assigned to the site they are in, so we can comply with the new e911 regulations.

Hello, we are using a Poly CCX 600 desk phone with our Zoom Phone service as a receptionist. The rest of the office is using Poly CCX 400's except for 1 other Poly CCX 600 that's in the owner's office. The issue that we're having is that sporadically, when an outside call comes in on the main company number and the receptionist attempts to conduct a "Warm" or "Consultation" transfer to another extension in the office, a fast busy signal is received when the other extension is dialed. However, if you then attempt to do a "Blind" transfer to the same extension, the call goes through. This doesn't happen every time though. It may work 5 times in a row and then may not work a couple of times. Also, when attempting to do the "Warm" or "Consultation" transfers internally from extension to extension there's never a problem. In addition, if an outside call is received on any of the extensions other that the reception desk phone, the "Warm" or "Consultation" transfers work fine. Thank you fo

Dear Zoom community we have replaced our Cisco PBX with Zoom IP PBX 2 years ago.All is well. We would like to integrate our old and antiquated analog amplifier system (which has speakers through the building)with the Zoom phone system. Can you suggest an analog gateway OR analog output which we can use to send output as an RCA audio ? We would prefer to have an extension assigned to this analog output, so people in the Admin teamcan call it to send out Intercom announcements to the building. ThanksJK I attached a pic of my amplifier.

Hi  We migrated to Zoom Phone in Sept, and have had very few problems - generally very impressed.However, this last couple of weeks we're having intermittent issues transferring inbound external calls to other users when using our Poly desk phones (VVX601). They were all on the latest firmware 6.4.1.2361, but suspecting a recent update was to blame I've tried downgrading to 6.4.0.11527 but we're still having the same issue.  Blind transfer works, consultative/warm is hit and miss, when it fails there's a simple message on the sending phone of Transfer Failed. It appears to all work well on iOS/MacOS/Win10 apps, so I do suspect the Polys are to blame, but it wasn't an issue for the first three months.  No other changes have gone through on setup. Any help gratefully received. Craig

Hi. I'm planning to install ZoomPhone on a large number of Windows Computers. I would like to configure the URL start-up setting for incoming calls in the MSI installer, but I could not find the item. (This URL -> https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360054844551-Launching-an-app-or-URL-during-inbound-calls ) Is there any other way to set it manually one by one after installing the Zoom Meeting Client?

I am unable to install zoom on my tablet and i don't know the reason for that,each time i try to install it from the app store it says this app can't be installed 

How do I make all of our voicemail boxes sync? We have 5-6 computers and a few phones that have access to shared voicemail boxes and when a voicemail is deleted by one device, it will still show as unread on all of the others.

Is there a way for me to get a report on phone users setting their phone to do not disturb or to not take call center calls?

Hello, I have an ongoing issue for users I support. Multiple users report their iOS Zoom App either drops calls, doesn't ring then shows a missed call, or when dialing out the call just ends. I have made sure to sign them out and back in, made sure cellular service is enabled for calls and same with WiFi, upgraded to the latest version of the app, and it doesn't seem to make a difference if they are in the office, at home, or using WiFi or cellular data. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

I have installed a Zoom phone system and the corporate directory is not displaying on the VVX311 poly phones.  What am i missing?  

I downloaded the latest version of Zoom on Monday. I noticed that my personal version (app) is the newest version now. However, when I go to attend classes- which is just a link via Canvas, I no longer can use my computer audio headset. When I go to test, zoom freezes. Could this be because the school's version is not the most up to date? This was happening before as well, I was able to restart and it would work.

My team members are having reoccurring issues of their calls muting or dropping if they are still using their zoom phone app and go into safari to search for something. The only way they have found to fix this is by hanging up on the client and calling them back- this is not something sustainable for us. Any recommended solutions?

     I live in New Hampshire, but there is a client who lives in the US Virgin Islands (St. Croix). They want to join our meeting in the United States, but there is no international number for the US Virgin Islands. Does anyone know the international number that will create this link?

I have  zoom united Pro - Meetings & Chat plus Phone service.  When I am in conference call, I cannot accept the phone call and need to allow the other person to keep the voice message.   Is there anyway I can accept the phone call and still in the conference call (Zoom meeting) ? 2nd questionIf I take additional local phone number or toll free number ($60 per year) , can  I  accept the phone call  from toll free number and still in the conference call (Zoom meeting) .  If I use  another device (phone) to accept the call from my toll free number , can I still be in zoom meeting ? 3rd questionIs there additional fees for toll free number (compared to additional  local number)  ? Thanks & regards

Hi, Would holiday hours surpass the general business greeting prompt please? The second question is if there are two holiday hours set up and overlapping with each other, which one would Zoom pick up please?  Thanks,Gary

Trying to add our call queue extensions/phone numbers as contacts on everyone's zoom application.Would be great if they showed up under company contacts.Sure I could add as an imported contact but not sure if there is a setting to add them so users can search there contacts to be able to forward the number? 

When in zoom, I try to click on a contact from call history.  Zoom gives a Call Failure Error and saysit says my phone is connected.... Any suggestions?   

We're interested in setting up a Zoom meeting which will automatically dial a phone number for the audio. This happening automatically (without the user needing to see a prompt and dialing the number) is very important.  Does anyone know if/how we can do this? Thanks!Sean 

Hello,My Zoom account has a problem.  I already paid my account with 5 users. Although, sincerly while one of my users has been using the zoom in about 40 minutes or even earlier, Zoom suddently ended and closed.I wonder if I have any solution for this incovinient problem. Please help me. Thank you.
