Importing Key Assignments

I am trying to import Key assignements and keep getting the following error message.

The amount of line keys (of the Line type) is incorrect.

I can do the MASS import but it doesn't let you pick a Key number so it scrambles my keys and makes training difficult.

I want to put 5 Parks on keys 6-10.  I have a lot of users so doing this by hand is out of the question.

Here is my CSV File Contents

Key,Key Type,Key Assignment,Alias,Outbound Caller ID
6,Call Park,*801,Park 1
7,Call Park,*802,Park 2
8,Call Park,*803,Park 3
9,Call Park,*804,Park 4
10,Call Park,*805,Park 5

Please help

    Hello,

    the csv content seem fine to me. Are you doing a per user update under their keys and positions OR doing a bulk update under Users and Rooms -> Import keys and positions ?

    Per user, your format is correct.

    If you are doing a bulk update, the format looks like this:

    EmailKey TypeKey AssignmentAlias
    user1SpeedDial801alias-speeddial
    user1BLFExt.801alias-blf
    user1CallPark*801alias-callpark
    user2SpeedDial801alias-speeddial
    user2BLFExt.801alias-blf
    user2CallPark*801alias-callpark

    Hi this is indeed a per user,   I would do a bulk but not being able to link the specific keys is not a good solution so I am willing to do a per user.

    I have tried everything and just can not figure this out

    Hello, Are these Poly phones or Yealink ?

    Also, Can you attach your CSV please

    These are Yealink,  I was able to do a Provision Template and get all of my Park's on the phones but for whatever reason, the BLF will not light up unless I actually use the Zoom Platform to assign the keys so my idea of using a template was ruined.

    I found that I can get it to import if I include the "Line" first line but that defeats the idea of a quick template.

    Try this in your provisioning template for your yealink phone. You will need your zoom account numbers. Replace the AT by @ and account number by your account number. This wil allow you to bulk update all phones if this works. Also replace the key positions 10, 11 etc with your desired positions.

    linekey.10.label = *805

    linekey.10.type = 16

    linekey.10.value = *805ATaccountnumber.zoom.us

    linekey.11.label = *806

    linekey.11.type = 16

    linekey.11.value = *806ATaccountnumber.zoom.us

    linekey.12.label = *807

    linekey.12.type = 16

    linekey.12.value = *807ATaccountnumber.zoom.us

    If this response helps, please accept the answer as an accepted solution, so others can benefit as well.

    I have tried that already,   It shows the Parks on the phone and it works,  But it does not light up "Red" when that park is in use.

    Hi,

    Whats the phone model ? Does it light up at all ? I will need to test to see the behavior

    It’s a yealink 54w.  If you use the template. It lights up and works but just won’t change to red when you have a busy park. But if you use the portal then it works just fine.
