Help with Zoom Phone Suspension

Hi,

I'm reaching out because my Zoom Phone service was recently suspended and I'm a bit worried about it. I already submitted an appeal to the Trust & Safety team, but I wanted to check with here as well since I just started using Zoom for my business.

I run an auto parts business and I use Zoom to communicate with customers who request parts. Over the past few days I sent around 30 SMS messages to customers who had inquired about parts, and it's possible the system may have flagged that activity. As a new user how many SMS can we sent per day from per users. Any help would be appreciate.

Hello @Mohammed Hussain , I am not sure Zoom Community is the correct channel to help you with this type of issues, but more with Zoom Support using their ChatBot or opening a Ticket.

Regardless, there are few things you can check trying to find out why your service could  have been suspended and prevent from happening again:

Since you mentioned using SMS to communicate for your business, make sure you have followed the process to be in compliances with the regulations:

If I am not mistaken, sending many messages in a short period of time it could be flagged as spam so that could be what happened in your case.

What the “SMS Campaigns” shows you as the “Current troughput”?

Go to ADMIN > Number Management > SMS Campaigns and verify the “Brand status” you registered shows Active, and the “Vetting status” show  Vetted

Also, below that, verify the SMS Campaign where you allocated the number you are using for SMS where the Throughput is if it says “Default” or “Enhanced
