Help - prompt for recording grayed out

I am trying to update the below for prompts for call recording and the below is grayed out. Is anyone able to assist?

    Hi @halvor4 - it looks like you are changing the setting at the extension level (for example, phone user or call queue) and it's greyed out because it's disabled at a higher settings level (either site or account level). 

     

    Follow the instructions in this article to access policy settings at the site and/or account levels, then make sure that option is enabled: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360033511872-Changing-Zoom-Phone-policy-settings

     

    After that, you should be able to enable it at the extension level.
