    Hello @clare a may

Free accounts do not have access to the dial-in numbers. This has been addressed on another community post:

You can find more information on this article too: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0067493

I hope this helps and if this answers your question please make sure to mark this as a solution.

Jake is right. Zoom Workplace Basic does not currently provide telephone dial-in numbers as part of the free plan.

One point worth checking, given that you said you previously saw the dial-in numbers is whether your account or meeting licence has been updated recently. For instance, you may have previously been assigned under a paid account or held an Audio Conferencing entitlement.

You can verify this in the Zoom web portal under Profile / Plans and Billing to confirm your current licence.

If the account is now Basic, participants may still join the meeting using computer or mobile device audio over the internet; however, telephone dial-in requires an eligible paid or audio conferencing option.

Dial-in phone numbers require a paid Zoom plan with audio conferencing enabled, they're not available on free/Basic accounts. If this used to work for you and stopped, it likely means either your account reverted to Basic, or your plan's audio conferencing add-on expired or got disabled somewhere along the way.

To check: log into the web portal at zoom.us, go to Account Management > Account Settings > Audio Conferencing tab, and confirm toll/toll-free numbers are still selected and enabled there. Also double check under Admin > Account Profile that you're still on a licensed plan.

If everything looks correctly enabled there but the numbers still aren't showing in your meeting invite, it might be a template/invite issue rather than a plan issue, in that case try scheduling a fresh test meeting and check if the numbers show up under "Show" or a separate "Join Instructions" link in the invite (Zoom moved dial-in numbers to a secondary link for some accounts recently).
