Dialing 311 - City services

Hello

Our phones in San Jose, when dial 311 it sends us to the Milpitas City Hall services information. Is there any reason its not going to the San Jose services?

That's an interesting question that hasn't come up before. I don't see any reference to 311 dialing in the Zoom Support site. I would imagine that it follows the logic for 911 dialing, which uses the Company or Site address based on how you've set it up, or possibly a Nomadic Emergency Services address if you've activated it.

I would log an inquiry with Zoom Support directly!

Yes, I would verify that you have the correct e911 info in case that is what is causing this - I don't think I've ever seen any info on how 311 calls get routed correctly!

Hello there,

Is your site emergency address a San Jose address ? If yes, I would encourage you to open a support ticket with Zoom so it can be looked at to see why the call is going to Milpitas. Let me know how that goes

Yes, its set to a San Jose address. I will be opening up a support ticket to have the carrier team look at it. Thanks everyone.
