Deleting SMS in call queue

When utilizing SMS in a call queue, we noticed if one person deleted the SMS conversation it did not delete from other team members’ queues. How can the admin adjust settings so it deletes from everyone who is in the call queue?

Hi, 

 

Currently,  Zoom does not provide a built-in feature that automatically deletes SMS conversations from all members' call queues when one member deletes the conversation. The SMS deletion process is local to each user, meaning if one team member deletes a conversation, it only affects that user's account.
