Contacts will not load on my Mac

Can you provide more details on what you are running into? When you say the phone contacts will not load, do you get an error message? Do you have any issues uploading contacts on the web? Have you tried uninstall/reinstalling the workplace app? Your hardware should not be causing this issue, so I’d like to dive in a little further to see what could be causing this. Do you have your contacts and calendar integration setup? Thank you.

A few additional checks could help narrow this down. Zoom Workplace 7.1.5 should run on Big Sur; I would try to determine whether the problem stems from a local client issue, a contact integration issue, or a Zoom Phone directory issue.

Try the following….

Check whether Contacts load in the Zoom web portal. If they do, that suggests the issue is more likely related to the local Mac client.

Confirm whether the problem affects all contacts or only Zoom Phone or company directory contacts.

If Calendar and Contacts Integration is enabled, disconnect and then reconnect it to refresh the authorization. Sign out of Zoom > quit the client > and then sign back in.

If reinstalling, completely remove the existing Zoom client before reinstalling, rather than installing over the top. you can narrow down by signing into Zoom account on another device. If contacts load there, the issue is almost certainly local to the Mac.

If the web portal and another device both display the contacts correctly, I would then consider clearing the local Zoom application data and cache on the Mac as the next step.
