I am familiar with US/Canada Zoom portIn process but not for other countries as i mentioned.

    To port numbers in the EMEA region, ensure you have a Zoom Workplace license with Phone included or a standalone Zoom Phone calling plan, and account owner or admin privileges. Complete the Zoom Phone initial setup. Plan ahead and minimize change requests to your port dates to reduce the risk of numbers porting when you are not ready. Some countries/carriers cannot accept date change requests. Port activations occur during business hours in the local country of port.

    The average lead time for porting in EMEA is 30 to 60 business days, but it can vary based on regulatory requirements and supplier responsiveness.
