Cisco 8851 MPP with Cisco 561 headset and no audio

Hi is anyone using Zoom Phone and Cisco 8800 series successfully with a Cisco series headset? I have a Cisco 561 connected and paired but there is no audio. I believe that the Aux port needs to be enabled by Zoom on the backend.
