Cant call

I bought an unlimited subscription for the US and Canada. But when I call, they tell me I can't make calls. Can you help me?

Hi arthur10,

 

Please assign your unlimited subscription to your user name.  goto zoom portal, admin->phone system management->users and rooms->select your user profile->profile->package->assign->US/CA Unlimited Calling Plan
