Can you change inbound caller ID for call queue?

I've looked and found these old threads without resolution:

We are new to Zoom phone and have prepped a call queue.  Working fine, but it displays as "INBOUND CALLER ID for CALL QUEUE."

 

Is there any way to reverse the order so that we can see what call queue is coming first?  When callers have longer names and we are looking at a iPhone or deskphone, we have to wait a couple beats to see what queue they are calling for.  Most of the time, especially for external callers, we want to answer the phone more quickly but need to know who they are calling (different company names) to offer the right greeting.  

 

Any way to solve?

Do you have the Zoom Power Pack?  If so, you can enable the Zoom Phone Assistant, which is a very nice Zoom Phone tool that docks to the side of your screen and hides out of the way when you have no calls.  But when you have incoming calls, it pops out and you can answer the call and manage it without the full Zoom client.  You can add your queues to the Zoom Phone Assistant to see which queue is ringing immediately.  The Zoom Power Pack is an additional license, but well worth it, in my opinion.  We purchased it for our entire enterprise.
