Audiocodes 405HD

I have an Audiocodes 405HD.  It seem to be provisioned, however it says it’s “OFFLINE”.  All of the options for logging in require information I don’t have.  Is any familiar with this?

    I had the same problem with an Audiocodes MP-112 and an MP-114. In my case, the solution was to go into the network settings on the Audiocodes device and change the DNS server from our internal DNS to 8.8.8.8. As soon as I did that, each device appeared as online in the Zoom console. I have no idea why they don’t like our internal DNS server, but it was an easy workaround.
