Audio Issue in Windows 11

Hello there,

 

I recently Installed Zoom App in my laptop which has windows 11 OS. I'm using Zoom Phone feature but people cannot really hear me. I thought it was my mike issue but my mike is working absolutely  fine with other applications.

 

Can someone suggest me a way to resolve this mike and audio issue?

    There are many possibilities here. Is it a Zoom certified headset?

     

    Are other collaboration apps open? (like MSFT Teams) - I would reboot laptop and close down all other apps other then Zoom to see if it helps.

     

    If it continues, don't use the headset just use the laptop speaker/mic and see if it's working fine there. If that is the case, then its most likely the headset.

    I have windows 11. I can hear on a Zoom Meeting but I cannot talk.  I have to type in the chat.  How do I fix things so I can talk in Zoom?

    This worked on my windows 10 PC. It will not work on my Windows 11 PC.

    Hi @ardessau have you tried updating your Zoom client? Or uninstalled and reinstalled?

    I have the same issue. If I use the web version I have no issue but if I use the Zoom Windows app on Windows 11 the Audio keeps cutting out. I even tried to reinstall the app.
