Assigning speed dial buttons using a provisioning template

Hi All

I would like to assign speed dial buttons to Poly E220 phones using the provisioning template.  Is that possible?  If so, could someone share an example of the required code?

I haven't done one of these in a very long time. I would do these via a manual .cfg file which you import into the local web interface of the phone. That was back in the Soundpoint days, but it still works with the newer phones. I am not sure if you intended to set and assign the speed number? If so? See below example. Tested on my Edge E550. On the action string line, change the value 268510 to the number you want to set as your speed dial. If you're looking to set the speed dial with no value? I have a parameter for that as well.

FEATURE.ENHANCEDFEATUREKEYS.ENABLED="1"
EFK.EFKLIST.1.ACTION.STRING="268510$Tinvite$"
EFK.EFKLIST.1.LABEL="6"
EFK.EFKLIST.1.MNAME="ZP"
EFK.EFKLIST.1.STATUS="1"

Hi @cdmiller

Zoom has an easy way to assign speed dials (SpeedDials) and busy lamp fields (BLF) to desk phones.

Go to Zoom Portal>Admin>Phone System Management>Users & Rooms>Users>Import>Add Keys & Positions

Click on CSV Sample

Please note that under Key Type (Required), SpeedDial should NOT have a space.

Click Download and a sample file will be downloaded with samples of both SpeedDial and BLF.

To add BLF to user Desk2 with email ***********, upload csv file with:

After uploading your csv file, the following is displayed:

The result is Demo8 HP Poly Edge E Series E450 screen a second phone attached to the same user is a Grandstream GRP2615 both show line 1 - Desk2 and line 2 - BLF 6700:
