AI Meeting

I’m not able to generate meeting transcripts and meeting summary, while my license is there for AI summary.

If your you have a Zoom Workplace license assigned but meeting transcripts and meeting summaries aren't being generated, please try the following:

Verify that Meeting Summary with Zoom AI is enabled.
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- Go to Settings > Zoom AI and make sure "Meeting Summary" is enabled.
Check that transcription is enabled during the meeting.
- AI-generated summaries rely on meeting transcription. If transcription wasn't enabled during the meeting, a transcript or summary can't be generated afterward.
Confirm you're using an eligible account and hosting the meeting.
- Make sure you're signed in with the licensed account and that you're the meeting host.
Test with a new meeting.
- Start a new meeting, enable AI Companion at the beginning, and make sure there's enough conversation for a summary to be generated.
